1. Our 100% Quality Guarantee

We operate with a “Sample-to-Bulk” Consistency Guarantee. We promise that every item in your bulk order will match the quality, specifications, and craftsmanship of the final approved sample you received.

The TeamGearCustom Process:

  1. Free Custom Sampling: We provide a complimentary physical sample featuring your custom logo for your review.
  2. Customer Approval: Bulk production only begins once you have inspected and officially approved the sample.
  3. Strict QC Inspection: Our factory team performs a multi-point quality check on every batch to ensure it aligns perfectly with your approved sample.

2. If We Make a Mistake (Our Responsibility)

If the bulk products delivered to you are inconsistent with the approved sample, or if the quality does not meet our agreed-upon standards, we take full responsibility.

In the event of a quality discrepancy, we will:

  • Assume all losses: Including the cost of materials and labor.
  • Free Replacement: We will reproduce the affected items or the entire batch and ship them to you at no additional cost.
  • Expedited Handling: Quality claims are prioritized to ensure your project timeline is protected.

3. Custom Product Exceptions

Because our products are custom-manufactured specifically for your organization, team, or business, they cannot be resold to others.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:

  • Customer-Side Errors: Errors in the artwork provided by the customer, incorrect size selection, or typos that were present in the approved sample/proof.
  • Change of Mind: Once production has begun based on an approved sample, we cannot cancel or return the order.
  • Shipping Delays: While we use the fastest carriers, we cannot offer returns based on carrier-related delays beyond our control.

4. How to File a Quality Claim

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or differs from your approved sample:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the discrepancy.
  3. Our quality assurance team will review the claim within 24–48 hours and provide a resolution (reproduction or replacement).
