4. Quote Requests & Orders
Quote Request Process
When you submit a quote request through our Website:

2.We review your request and prepare a comprehensive quotation
3.We send the quotation to your email address within 24 business hours
4.The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
5.You confirm the quotation to proceed with production
Order Confirmation
An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from TeamGearCustom. This confirmation will include order details, pricing, production timeline, and payment terms.
Minimum Order Quantity
The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom apparel and embroidered hats is 24 pieces. We may waive or reduce the MOQ for simple logo designs at our discretion.
Customization & Design
You are responsible for providing accurate design files and specifications. We will produce samples for your approval before mass production. Any changes requested after sample approval may incur additional fees and extend production timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and trade assurance options. Specific payment methods will be outlined in your quotation.
Payment Due Date
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your quotation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in production delays or order cancellation.
Late Payment
If payment is not received by the agreed-upon date, we reserve the right to suspend production, cancel the order, or pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
Currency
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates and any associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Production & Delivery
Production Timeline
Standard production timelines are 7–15 days for bulk apparel, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. Hat samples can be completed in 1–2 days. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Expedited Production
Expedited production options are available at additional cost. Expedited timelines will be confirmed in your quotation.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer international shipping with typical delivery times of 3–5 days to major markets (USA, Canada, Europe). Shipping costs are calculated separately and quoted in your quotation. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s government. These fees are not included in our quotation.
7. Quality & Returns
Quality Standards
We maintain high quality standards for all custom apparel. We inspect all items before shipment. If you receive items that do not meet our quality standards due to our manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for evaluation.
Return Policy
Custom apparel is made-to-order and is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe items are defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Defective Items
If items are confirmed to be defective due to our manufacturing error, we will either replace the items at no charge or issue a refund, at our discretion.
No Returns for Personal Preference
Items cannot be returned due to personal preference, color variation (within normal manufacturing tolerances), or changes in mind. Custom apparel is made specifically to your specifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
